No licence is required by law for our activity.
2. Prices, payment, receipt
2.1. On the Ukrainian Site prices are in UAH and final. On the English Site prices are in EUR (EU), GBP (United Kingdom) or USD (North America and other countries); for customers in the EU and the UK they include VAT at the rate of the customer's country. Printed Items are delivered only within Ukraine, free of charge, by Nova Poshta.
2.2. Payments are accepted through Plata by mono (JSC Universal Bank, Ukraine): Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We never receive your card details. A foreign card may be charged in UAH with currency conversion.
2.3. The contract is concluded by ticking the consent box for the Terms of Service and paying; an electronic receipt is e-mailed after payment (Arts. 11 and 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On E-commerce").
3. Complaints and regulators
3.1. Write to hello@vidlunnya.com: we acknowledge within 2 business days and reply within 5 business days.
3.2. Regulators: Ukraine — State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (consumer rights), Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (personal data); EU/EEA — the consumer authority and data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence (list at edpb.europa.eu); UK — Trading Standards, ICO; Canada — your provincial consumer protection office, OPC (Quebec — CAI); Australia — ACCC, OAIC; USA — FTC, your state Attorney General.
3.3. We do not take part in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Ukrainian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
